Tin Hut regulars have been enjoying the return of live music on Friday nights over the past few weeks. This Friday (20th) is the turn of Hard Candy, five well-known musicians from the bottom half of the North Island – Wayne Morris on drums, our own Bob Cooper-Grundy and Kate Marshall on everything, Warwick Hill (bass) and Karen Clarke (guitar/vocals). They promise “seriously hot picked country rock and Blues with some boogie and swing in the mix”. The show starts at 7.30p.m. Meanwhile check out Trouble and Satisfaction on Soundcloud.

], the seven-piece jazz combo with string section, fresh from the recent launch of their new CD.
